As reported by Polyvios J. Simopoulos to translations-mailing-list. We have some strings having a space before a colon. That space should be removed.

Affected strings are:

2011: "Detect codepage info for these files : .html, .rc, .xml \n"
2029: msgid "Custom codepage :"
3433: msgid "&Path to cleartool.exe :"
3438: msgid "&Path to SS.EXE :"
